Banquets & Events Manager

The Banquets & Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all food and beverage-related events at Wascana Country Club. These include private bookings (weddings, banquets, and corporate functions), member functions, and internal events. This role is the primary liaison between the Club and its event clients and is accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth internal coordination across all departments.

The Manager collaborates closely with the Culinary, Service, Golf Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure every event reflects Wascana’s service standards, operational excellence, and private club culture. This position requires a detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
